The BSM-250/E-PRO floor grinder from Kernlochbohrer is the original and the absolute all-rounder when it comes to processing floor surfaces of any kind. The hand-held floor sanding machine with a working width of 250 mm works quickly and efficiently when sanding and processing all floor irregularities such as adhesive residues or coatings, when renovating sealed surfaces and for preparing hard floors or asphalt.
The front dust guard can be removed for edge processing and the sanding head can be swivelled 45° to either side. This allows you to effortlessly achieve a perfect sanding result with our floor sanding machine, even on corners and edges, without having to carry out any further work steps!
For dry processing, the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine can be used together with our TS-1000/PRO industrial dry vacuum cleaner. And for wet sanding, the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine can also be used with a water tank. An ideal combination in both cases.

▪ The BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine is now the only machine in its class that can be retrofitted with a brush dust guard on the sanding disc. This is available as an accessory in our shop and makes sanding even more effective and pleasant to handle.
▪ The optimised folding lock on the guide arm allows it to be safely and conveniently adjusted to an ergonomic height. This ensures that the operator can safely guide the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine.
What other advantages does the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine offers:
▪ The starter box is used to switch the machine on and off. And the emergency stop flap on the starter box allows the machine to be switched off quickly in dangerous situations.
▪ The starter box is positioned on the guide arm in such a way that it is protected from mechanical stresses.
▪ There is no short mains cable on the machine that could interfere with work. The power supply can be plugged directly into the machine's starter box.
▪ It is easy to connect an industrial dry vacuum cleaner. The suction hose can also be attached to the upper part of the guide arm. If the connection is not required, it can be securely closed with the dust protection cap supplied.
▪ Connecting a water hose for wet processing is just as easy.

To achieve the best grinding results, we recommend that you only use grinding tools (diamond grinding discs or diamond grinding shoes together with adapter plate) from Kernlochbohrer .
