Soft-impact core drill DKS-162/DC-P with core drill rig KBS-252/M-PRO

The DKS-162/DC-P diamond core drill is a powerful tool with a pistol grip design. With an output of 2200 watts at a voltage of 230 volts and an amperage of 10 amps, it offers robust performance for a wide range of drilling applications.

With a weight of 6.5 kg, the tool is handy and easy to use. The frequency is in the range of 50-60 Hz. It enables precise drilling with different diameters: Without a stand, diameters of 162 mm can be achieved in first gear and 76 mm in second gear. With a stand, the diameters are 202 mm in first gear and 102 mm in second gear.

The idle speeds of the DKS-162/DC-P are between 640 and 1420 rpm, the impact frequency is 15360 BPM in first gear and 34080 BPM in second gear. The spindle thread is designed as 1-1/4" UNC & G1/2".

The machine is compatible with the KBS-252/M-PRO core drill rig for versatile use. Thanks to the mechanical 2-speed oil bath gearbox, precise adjustment of speed and power is possible.

The switch for the two gears can be locked, and the soft-stroke function of the setting ring makes drilling easier. The quick-change system enables connection to both water sources and hoovers.

The DKS-162/DC-P has two LED indicators that show the operating status with red and yellow light. The adapters supplied are interchangeable and enable suction or water supply for dry drilling. The use of a water collection ring is recommended for wet drilling.

The DKS-DC series core drills are suitable for both wet and dry drilling. The drive spindle has a 1-1/4" UNC external thread and a G1/2" internal thread, which allows flexibility in tool selection.

The DKS-162/DC-P and DKS-162/DC-H core drilling machines can be operated in manual mode or with a core drill stand. The use of a ᴓ 60 mm clamp holder is required when mounting with a stand.

Range of application with the drill rig: Processing options up to a maximum diameter of 202 mm for all materials.

Application range without the use of a drill stand: Material processing up to a maximum diameter of 162 mm is possible for all materials. However, the use of a drill rig is recommended for machining operations with a diameter of 100 mm or more.

The DKS-162/DC-P is ideal for wet and dry drilling in concrete, stone and masonry. The soft-impact function makes drilling easier, although it is important to choose the right drill bit. The machine can be used both with the soft-impact function and in normal drilling mode.

The KBS-252/M-PRO core drill rig is a high-quality drill rig for professional users. It is made of robust material and has an adjustable alignment to drill precise holes. The stand holder is suitable for use with various drilling tools and offers secure and stable fastening.

Our KBS-252/M-PRO core drill stand is a high-quality drill stand with an adjustable aluminium base that enables precise alignment. With its integrated levelling, 4 adjustable sliding positions and vertical locking, the stand offers secure and stable mounting for drilling tools with a maximum diameter of 252 mm.

This KBS-252/M-PRO stand has a drill hole depth of 500 mm and a maximum drill hole diameter of max. 252 mm. It is equipped with a clamp holder diameter of 60 mm and a motor plate for the drill motor (e.g. DKB-352/S-PRO). The weight is 11.5 kg, the packaging dimensions are 1045 x 290 x 455 mm.

The KBS-252/M-PRO is compatible with our own models as well as with the manufacturers Eibenstock ETN 162, Husquarna and WEKA DK17.
