It enables quick and easy dry drilling of masonry, bricks, lightweight concrete and concrete blocks without steel content. The special shape of the TURBO segments ensures improved drilling feed compared to conventional core bits. Longitudinal slots in the carrier body ensure better removal of the drill cuttings and easier handling.

The diamond core bits are laser-welded and have an M16 connection. They are available in our shop in diameters from 32 mm to 162 mm and are ideal for powerful core drilling machines. Thanks to the combination of longitudinal slots and TURBO segments, these core bits are ideally suited for professional craftsmen.

Greater stability and durability: The laser welding process ensures that the diamond particles are bonded to the carrier body, which reduces the risk of the diamonds chipping and extends the service life of the core bit.
Efficient dry drilling: The special turbo segments and longitudinal slots enable a fast drilling process and effective removal of the drill cuttings.

Important information on dry drilling:

Drilling technique: The running drill bit should first be set at an angle and then slowly raised.
Avoid pressure: The drill bit should work without additional pressure.
Cooling breaks: Regular cooling breaks in a water bath extend the service life of the drill bit and improve performance.
Dust extraction: The use of a dust extractor in conjunction with an industrial hoover is essential to continuously remove drilling dust, lower the temperature and prevent the core bit from jamming.
Core drill rig: The use of a core drill rig ensures a smoother drilling process and a straight feed.

Note:

The TURBO diamond core bits are not suitable for use with impact drills. Make sure that you have a core drill with sufficient power to achieve optimum results.
