They are available in diameters of 16 mm to 500 mm and a working length of 450 mm as standard.The diamond core bit is fitted with high-quality PREMIUM segments, which ensures effective and precise processing.Advantages of laser welding:The diamond segments are welded to the core bit using a laser. This technology enables a precise and strong connection that can withstand the high loads during the drilling process. Compared to conventional soldering processes, laser welding offers greater strength and durability. This makes these core bits particularly suitable for coring mixed masonry, concrete, reinforced concrete and bricks. Our drill bit segments with high-quality diamond coating and even grain distribution result in faster work progress, while the performance of the laser-welded segments depends on their composition and not their shape. The compositions consist of a combination of different materials. Important for drilling using the wet process:Drilling using the wet process is one way of carrying out core drilling. This not only extends the service life of the tool, but also enables faster drilling. For maximum efficiency, the water should be supplied constantly at a low pressure.cooling: The drill bits generate considerable friction and heat during the drilling process. The water acts as a coolant and lubricant to control the temperature and prevent the tool from overheating.
