The M12 x 16.8 mm corded threaded rod with a length of 175 mm is an important fastening accessory for core drill rigs. It is used to securely and stably fasten the core drill rig. This specific variant of the corded threaded rod is equipped with a large nut and a washer, which increase the stability and security of the fastening.
The fastening set for core drill rigs
In order to securely fix a core drill rig with the fastening set, care must be taken to ensure that an M12 fastening plug (not included in the scope of delivery) is securely and firmly anchored in the substrate. The corded threaded rod is mounted vertically at right angles to the core drill rig so that the washer and nut are in full contact with the base of the core drill rig. To tighten the nut, use a ring spanner or open-end spanner with a spanner size of SW27.
The load-bearing capacity of the connection depends on the size and length of the threaded rod and the condition of the concrete or masonry surface. It is therefore crucial to carefully plan the specific requirements of each application and select the appropriate fasteners to ensure a stable and secure fixing.

In the event of deformation and visible damage, replace the fixing set immediately.
