The new BSM-250/Xtrem floor grinding machine from Kernlochbohrer is perfect for grinding and polishing floor surfaces.

The BSM-250/Xtrem floor grinding machine offers a high degree of flexibility in floor processing in combination with various grinding or polishing tools, which are available in our webshop. The use of different sanding discs, sanding shoes and sanding pads or sandpaper or polishing pads makes the machine ideal for the following applications:
- Surface preparation and smoothing: Diamond sanding discs can be used to smooth uneven floors as well as soft, medium-hard and hard concrete floors and prepare them for further work.
- Removal of coatings and adhesive residues: Such as tile adhesive or epoxies.
- Polishing and finishing: Sanding or polishing pads enable even polishing of concrete, stone, terrazzo or wooden floors and ensure a smooth, refined surface.
- 250 mm working width: The large sanding head enables fast floor processing and high surface performance. This makes the machine ideal for medium to large areas.
- Speed adjustment for optimum adaptation to the processing task: The speed of the sanding head can be adjusted at the touch of a button, enabling optimum adjustment to the material to be processed and the abrasive used. The desired speed is shown to the operator on the display on the control box. The direction of rotation of the sanding head can also be selected by the operator.
- Powerful and efficient motor (2500 watts / IE5): The brushless motor has a high level of efficiency (energy efficiency class IE5 ), which reduces the machine's power consumption. It is also maintenance-free, quiet and low-vibration.
- Optimum edge and corner processing thanks to the swivelling sanding head: The sanding head of the BSM-250/Xtrem can be easily swivelled to either side so that you can work effortlessly on edges and corners - without additional post-processing steps.
- Guide armtop section and handle can be adjusted in a variety of ways: The guide arm top section and handle can be adjusted quickly and without tools, enabling optimum adaptation to the operator's body dimensions. The upper section of the guide arm can also be folded forwards, making the machine easier to transport.
- Brush ring for optimum dust control: The standard brush ring on the sanding head ensures optimum dust control during the sanding process when dry sanding. The soft brushes prevent dust from escaping, which improves the cleanliness of the working environment and at the same time makes it easier to guide the machine.
- Efficient dust extraction: The dust extraction connection enables efficient removal of dust and sanding debris from the work area during dry processing. If a hoover is not connected during dry processing or the machine is used for wet processing, the connection can be closed with the dust protection cap to protect the operator from dust or water.
- Water connection for wet processing: The integrated Gardena® water connection enables wet processing of floors, which can be particularly advantageous for surfaces that generate a lot of dust, such as concrete or asphalt. The connection can be used with one of our water tanks as well as with a separate water connection.

- Adapter plate Ø 250 mm (item no. 6248): The adapter plate enables quick and tool-free changing of sanding tools such as diamond sanding pads, PCD segments or sanding pads. The simple quick-change system saves you valuable working time and allows you to react flexibly to different sanding requirements. The adapter plate ensures secure and precise attachment of the sanding tools and is an indispensable accessory for efficient work.
- Polishing pads (item no. 7001 and 7002): In combination with the Velcro pad holder (item no. 7000), these polishing pads are ideal for thorough cleaning and efficient polishing of stone, marble or terrazzo floors as well as for maintenance work with wax.
- Sanding pad for wooden floors (item no. 7003 to item no. 7021): Our sanding pads for wooden floors have been specially developed for the professional treatment of wooden surfaces. They are available in a wide range of different grit sizes from 24 to 2000 and therefore cover all areas of work - from coarse sanding to fine finishing.
- Industrial hoover TS-1000/PRO (item no. 6252): For a dust-free working environment, the TS-1000/PRO industrial hoover is the ideal complement to the BSM-250/Xtrem floor sanding machine. This powerful dry vacuum cleaner effectively removes the fine dust generated during sanding and fulfils the requirements of the trade association. The hoover connection of the BSM-250/Xtrem is designed so that the TS-1000/PRO can be perfectly combined and efficiently ensures the extraction of sanding dust.
- Water tank WT60 (art. no. 6270) or WT-60/S (art. no. 6271): With its container volume of 60 litres, the WT-60 or WT-60/S water tank (with hose reel) offers a reliable and flexible water supply for professional use on construction sites and in workshops, whether in mains or battery operation.
