The BSM-250/E-PRO floor grinder from Kernlochbohrer is perfect for working on uneven floors, such as removing levelling compound, carpet adhesive, adhesive residue or old coatings. It is also ideal for the restoration of sealed surfaces and the preparation of hard floors such as concrete and asphalt.
Its powerful 2200 watt motor, working width of 250 mm and the option of dry or wet processing make it an indispensable tool for numerous floor finishing projects when it comes to removing stubborn surface layers or smoothing uneven floors.
Technical highlights of the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine
- Powerful, durable motor (2200 watts): The high-torque motor enables fast and efficient work, even on demanding tasks, while minimising energy consumption.
- 250 mm working width: For fast soil cultivation and high area coverage on medium to large areas.
- Optimum edge and corner processing thanks to swivelling sanding head and removable dust guard: The sanding head of the BSM-250/E-PRO can be swivelled by 45° on both sides and the dust guard ring can be removed so that you can work effortlessly on edges and corners - without additional finishing steps.
- Height-adjustable sanding head: The sanding head can be adjusted to exactly match the height of the sanding discs used. Adjustment via the wheel axle allows the level of the machine to be adjusted so that the entire system is levelled and balanced. This ensures even and precise soil cultivation. The spirit level integrated into the grinding head allows the operator to check the correct alignment of the grinding head at all times, thus ensuring optimum grinding results.
- Ergonomic, height-adjustable guide arm with folding lock: The guide arm can be safely and ergonomically adjusted to the operator's height. This ensures comfortable working, even over longer periods of time. The folding lock also makes it easier to transport the machine.
- Starter box with emergency stop function: The starter box makes it easy to switch the machine on and off and features an emergency stop flap for quick shutdown in hazardous situations. The starter box is also strategically positioned on the guide arm to make it easily accessible and at the same time protect it from mechanical damage.
- Power supply directly at the starter box: There is no short power cable on the machine that could interfere during operation. The power supply is connected directly to the starter box, which makes handling on the construction site much easier.
- Efficient dust extraction: The dust extraction connection enables efficient removal of dust and sanding debris from the work area during dry processing. If a hoover is not connected during dry processing or the machine is used for wet processing, the connection can be closed with the dust protection cap to protect the operator from dust or water.
- Water connection for wet processing: The integrated Gardena water connection enables wet processing of floors, which is particularly advantageous for highly dust-generating surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. The connection can be used with one of our water tanks or with a water hose.

- Polishing and finishing: Sanding pads enable even polishing of concrete and stone floors as well as terrazzo floors and ensure a smooth, refined surface, ideal for use in residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

Adapter plate Ø 250 mm (item no. 6248):
This adapter plate enables quick and tool-free changing of sanding tools such as diamond sanding pads, PCD segments or sanding pads. The simple quick-change system saves you valuable working time and allows you to react flexibly to different sanding requirements. The adapter plate ensures secure and precise fastening of the sanding tools and is an indispensable accessory for efficient work.
Brush rim (item no. 6250):
The optional brush ring ensures optimum dust control during the sanding process for dry processing. The soft brushes prevent dust from escaping, which improves the cleanliness of the working environment and at the same time makes it easier to guide the machine. This dust protection not only contributes to a healthier working environment, but also protects the machine components from excessive abrasion and dust accumulation. The brush ring is available separately and can be easily fitted to the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine.
Industrial hoover TS-1000/PRO (item no. 6252):
For a dust-free working environment, the TS-1000/PRO industrial hoover is the ideal complement to the BSM-250/E-PRO floor sanding machine. This powerful dry vacuum cleaner effectively removes the fine dust produced during sanding and fulfils the requirements of the trade association. The hoover connection of the BSM-250/E-PRO is designed so that it can be perfectly combined with the TS-1000/PRO and efficiently supports the extraction of sanding dust.
Water tank WT60 (art. no. 6270) or WT-60/S (art. no. 6271):
With its tank volume of 60 litres, the WT-60 or WT-60/S water tank (with hose reel) offers a reliable and flexible water supply for professional use on construction sites and in workshops. Thanks to the option of battery operation, it is also independent of the availability of a power connection.
