Diamond sanding disc Ø 250 mm for hard floors - 20 premium segments with #16 grit
This high-quality diamond sanding disc with a diameter of 250 mm and 20 premium segments with 16 grit is specially designed for sanding hard floors such as concrete, hard screed or natural stone. With grit #16, it offers particularly aggressive sanding, ideal for removing thin coatings such as paint, varnish and sealers as well as for sanding concrete with a high removal rate.
The sanding disc can be fitted to all floor sanding machines with a working width of 250 mm. The precisely segmented arrangement ensures even sanding and smooth machine operation. Thanks to the robust diamond bond, the sanding disc impresses with its long service life - even in continuous use on hard surfaces.

The hardness of the concrete must be determined before grinding - it is decisive for the selection of the appropriate diamond grinding disc. Our grinding discs are available in grit sizes of 16 or 30 and are optimised for different concrete hardnesses:

- Medium-hard concrete: Sanding disc for medium bonds
- Hard concrete: Sanding disc for soft bonds
Classification
Concrete is classified according to its compressive strength. Concrete up to a compressive strength class of C50/60 is hard concrete. Compressive strength class C40 is medium-hard concrete and C30 is soft concrete. This classification helps when selecting the right diamond grinding disc, as different types of concrete place different demands on the grinding tool.
