The DKB352/PRO diamond core drilling machine is designed for tough everyday use in the wet drilling of core holes in concrete, stone and masonry. Using the core drill together with one of our core drill rigs ensures safe and precise work results.
Powerful and easy to use
The electric motor with an output of 3300 watts provides a very high torque and is suitable for all tasks up to a maximum drilling diameter of 402 mm. Despite its powerful performance, the diamond core drill is light and easy to handle, weighing just 13.5 kg.

In order to use the diamond core drilling machine safely and efficiently, we offer a range of optional accessories that have been specially developed to meet the requirements of professional craftsmen:
Water tank WT-60 (art. no. 6270) and WT-60/S (with hose reel | art. no. 6271):

A water collection ring ensures the reliable collection and drainage of water during wet core drilling. The water collection ring must be connected to a wet vacuum cleaner.
KBS-352/M-PRO core drill stand for core drilling equipment
The KBS-352/M-PRO core drill stand is a high-quality drill stand for professional users.
The core drill rig enables core drilling up to a diameter of 402 mm and offers a stroke of 650 mm.
The robust and durable design of the KBS-352/M-PRO core drill rig ensures precise and safe drilling work. With a weight of 18.5 kg and the attachable trolley, the core drill rig is easy to transport and offers a high degree of flexibility.
A fastening adapter is used to mount the core drill on the core drill rig, which holds the core drill securely in place.
The angle adjustment of the guide stand, the levelling screws on the base of the core drill stand and the integrated spirit levels enable precise alignment of the core drill stand for demanding drilling tasks.
The core drill rig must be fastened using a suitable fastening set (threaded rod and lock nut). This is not included in the scope of delivery, but can be purchased in our shop under "Accessories - Core drill rig".

- The diamond core drilling machine has a 3-speed gearbox with oil bath lubrication and offers idle speeds of 350, 700 and 1100 rpm.
- The machine's drill spindle has a 1¼" UNC external thread for holding the drill bit.
- The diamond core drilling machine is mounted to the core drill rig using the interface supplied.
- The core drill is connected to the machine's water supply via a connection nipple (Gardena) with ball valve.
- This enables optimum adaptation to a wide range of tasks.
- Protective devices: Overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection as well as a carbon brush warning system and a slip clutch ensure operator safety and a long service life for the appliance.
- Intelligent warning system: LED indicators and LCD display inform the operator of the current operating status and make it easier to monitor the appliance.
- Sturdy storage case: The plastic case included in the scope of delivery is used for practical and careful storage of the appliance and the accessories supplied.

Wet core drilling offers several significant advantages over dry core drilling:
- Reduced dust generation: wet core drilling uses water to cool the drilling area and bind the dust produced. This results in a healthier working environment and less cleaning work.
- Effective cooling: The cooling effect of the water prevents the drill bit from overheating, which increases its service life. The constant cooling enables faster and more efficient drilling, as no cooling breaks are required. Cooling also reduces the risk of material damage due to overheating in the material around the drill hole.
- Higher drilling quality: Wet drilling produces more precise and smoother holes, which are required for applications with high accuracy requirements.
- Longer drill life: Cooling by water results in less abrasion and a longer tool life, which saves costs.
- Less noise: The wet process is generally quieter than the dry process. The water dampens the vibrations and reduces the noise generated during the drilling process.
- Faster drilling progress: Due to the lower friction and constant cooling, the wet process enables drilling with higher feed pressure and higher speed. This means that wet drilling can generally be completed faster than dry drilling.
- Better suited to hard materials: Wet core drilling is particularly suitable for harder materials such as concrete, granite or reinforced concrete, as the cooling and reduced wear make drilling into these solid materials more effective.
- Versatility in application: The wet method can be used for both vertical and horizontal drilling and is suitable for various materials (concrete, stone, brick).
