Description
Diamond core bit soft impact Ø 152 mm - length 300 mm Experience the outstanding advantages of our diamond core bits, which have been specially developed for demanding core drilling technology with soft impact function and efficient dry drilling of reinforced concrete:Precise core drilling technology with soft impact function:Our core bits offer precise drilling performance and a longer service life thanks to high-quality diamond segments with a segment height of 10 mm. This not only guarantees improved cutting performance, but also consistently precise results with every drilling process.Efficient dry drilling of reinforced concrete:The versatility of our diamond dry core bits is optimally utilised in combination with soft impact machines. Ideally suited for concrete, reinforced concrete and bricks, they offer an efficient solution for demanding drilling projects. Without soft impact, the core bits are suitable for precise drilling in brick, lightweight concrete, screed and Ytong.Important note on use:Our diamond dry core bits must never be used with impact drills or rotary hammers with an impact function. Instead, they should only be used with core drills with a soft-impact function to ensure optimum performance and service life of the core bit.Important note on optimum dust extraction and protection of the drill segments: When using our diamond core bits in combination with soft impact machines, it is crucial to retract the core bit after a maximum drilling depth of 5 cm has been reached so that the hoover has the opportunity to efficiently extract the chipped material. This step is not only important for a clean environment, but above all for protecting the drill segments and increasing the service life of the drill bit. Regular retraction every 5 cm ensures that the drill segments are not overloaded with chipped drill dust, which significantly extends the service life of the crown.Essential use of dust extraction:We strongly emphasise the essential use of effective dust extraction when drilling in reinforced concrete. Without effective dust extraction, the drilling segments will inevitably be damaged by chipped drill dust and hot steel chips. We recommend using a suitable wet/dry vacuum cleaner such as the NTS-38 with HEPA filter (item no. 6442) to minimise harmful dust and protect the service life of the drill bit.Regulation on the use of hoovers:Please note that since the introduction of new dust limits in January 2019, the use of dust extraction during the drilling process is expressly required. This regulation not only serves to protect the machine and the user from harmful dust and dirt, but also significantly improves working conditions, contributes to safety and is essential for efficient and precise drilling.Invest in the future of your drilling projects with our diamond core bits - the perfect combination of advanced technology, durability and outstanding performance.
